

KEVIN S. JONES
A Montana native born and raised in Polson, Kevin attended the University of Montana and graduated with High Honors in 1989. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 1992, Kevin began his law practice with the Missoula law firm Christian & Samson, P.C., later known as Christian, Samson & Jones, PLLC, where he was a member and partner for 25 years. Kevin established Jones & Houston, PLLC in 2018, with a mission to serve his clients at the highest level.

Kevin has substantial experience in a wide variety of civil matters, with an emphasis on real estate transactions and real estate and commercial litigation. While his clients includes large national and state companies, banks, credit unions, and title companies, he also represents small local businesses and individuals. Kevin has practiced in nearly all of Montana’s 56 counties, in both District Court and Justice Court. He has handled numerous appeals to the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his Missoula-based practice, Kevin is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, where he is a partner in a small real estate law firm and “fee title” company in Fort Worth.
When not at work, Kevin and his wife Cassie enjoy spending time with their five adult daughters and their families, boating, hiking and biking. Invested in giving back to the community, Kevin is proud to have served on the Board of Directors for several nonprofits and charitable organizations in the Missoula area.
