JOSEPH D. HOUSTON
Joe obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He has practiced in Montana since his graduation from law school in 2008. Joe has developed an expertise in both technical legal know-how and exceptional client relationships. In addition to his Montana credentials, Joe is licensed to practice in the State of Idaho and in federal courts.

Joe is an experienced litigator. He has a successful track record in the state District and Justice Courts, as well as the Montana Supreme Court. Joe helps his clients effectively navigate both life's legal challenges and its opportunities. He prides himself in developing client trust through prompt communication and thoughtful legal advice.
Settled in Florence, Joe loves spending time with his wife, Katie, and their two children. He finds fulfillment in sharing life experiences with his wife, supporting his kids in their endeavors, and serving in his local community and church. In years past, Joe enjoyed training for and running marathons. It is a pastime he occasionally gets the itch to revisit.
